When someone completes this form, **no WordPress account is created automatically**. The submitted information is simply sent to you by email, allowing you to review each submission before deciding whether to grant the person access to additional features.
If you would like someone to complete a follow-up form—such as a form with file upload capabilities—you can manually create a WordPress user account for that person and assign the appropriate user role. Once their account has been created, they will be able to log in and access the follow-up form.
